Design
WRK Homes has an in-house floorplan designer. We can work with you through the whole design process to create a full set of construction plans for your dream home. If we build the home, the architectural design is free of charge. We can also work with plans you may already have.
Design
Selections
WRK Homes can help design and layout all your selection needs including, but not limited to, flooring, granite countertops, stain/paint colors, plumbing fixtures and everything else in a custom build. We help in every step of the process to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for in your new custom home,
Estimating & Budgeting
Once your design is completed WRK Homes will
get competitive bids from suppliers and tradesmen. This will provide you with an estimated cost for you to budget your new build. We try and take the guess work out of the cost, so our customers are more comfortable during the building process. The more details you provide us the closer our bids will be.
Custom Building
Your new home is one of the largest investments you will ever make. At WRK Homes we recognize this investment both personally and financially.
